As a constr uction company, project management is the cornerstone of Tenix's business. To ensure their employees are best- in-class, Tenix offers a defined constr uction project management career stream. Griffiths says the alliance with AIPM gives legitimacy to the professional stream and promotes the opportunities it offers individuals to develop themselves in a rewarding career. When hiring and training staff, Tenix place considerable emphasis on RegPM Certification. As part of their internal development program, the benefits of Certification are discussed extensively, with all project managers encouraged in that direction.
