Cover-More has been formally awarded AIPM's Project Management Organisation (PMO) Accreditation. is recognises Cover-More's commitment to equipping the organisation's people and business with best practice skills and processes as the company experiences unprecedented growth. "AIPM's accreditation is evidence of our continued commitment to operational excellence and best practice," Cover- More Group Chief Executive O cer Peter Edwards said. "It demonstrates to our partners and the wider industry that Cover-More is committed and equipped to deliver what we say we will to the highest possible standard. "It's critical that while we focus on growth and innovation, we support our employees through the best possible training and process design. is accreditation, from the peak body of project management, is about empowering our people to manage the sustained growth we are experiencing." AIPM undertook an independent assessment of Cover-More's project management processes and training programs to ensure Cover-More receives PMO Accreditation Cover-More is the first travel insurance provider to receive AIPM PMO Accreditation. the company's approach to project management concurred with AIPM's strict standards. Five Cover-More employees have completed their Diplomas in Project Management and a further 10 are currently completing AIPM's RegPM certi cation program. PMO Accreditation is reviewed biannually to ensure the organisation is maintaining the appropriate high standards in regards to employee training and processes. It recognises organisations that have embarked on a process to continually improve their project management capabilities on an organisation-wide or enterprise-wide basis.
