PrOjECT MAnAgED OrgAnIsATIOns • brIsbANE AIrpOrT Turner & Townsend is currently running a PMO for Brisbane Airport, a five-year commitment to manage the airport’s $300 million annual capital spend. The PMO process started in November 2011, and Turner & Townsend plans to transfer its capability to manage capital spend projects to Brisbane Airport Corporation staff to ensure smooth running of the airport in the long term.
