Even when individuals choose not to acknowledge each other with a “good morning” or “how are you?” it creates an atmosphere of restricted contribution to the team approach that is needed to accomplish project goals. The result is a project setting that resists the basic human care that we all crave to maintain a reasonable balance in this world.
