NSW Kellogg Brown & root ‘ Business as usual’ was not an option for Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR) in delivering its third Hallett Wind Farm (HWF4) for AGL. Best practice risk management and rigorous forecasting were both standout contributors in mi nimising the client’s commercial and contractual exposure.
