Partners in training With the support of the AIPM, TAFE NSW and Telstra Operations have partnered to create up to thousands of potential career development opportunities for Telstra employees. The first project under this strategic partnership is a joint Information Technology and Telecommunications Engineering accreditation program. “The signing of this agreement illustrates TAFE NSW’s connection to industry partners and its ability to support innovative enterprises in developing the skills needed now and into the future,” said Michael Coutts-Trotter, Director General of Education and Training and Managing Director of TAFE NSW. More than 400 of Telstra’s employees are eligible to participate in the pilot phase of the project, named ICT10.
